Not only did they provide me with amazing firm pillows that were even better than those found in premier hotels like Premier Inn and Travel Lodge, but they also went above and beyond by returning my forgotten headphones promptly. the kitchen area was fully equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, as well as an electric kettle for my convenience. the room was immaculately clean, with free toiletries provided, and I was pleasantly surprised by the flat-screen TV and parquet floor. the attention to detail and thoughtful amenities provided truly made my stay exceptional, and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family for their future visits to London.
